Job Description
We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Daydream Island.
You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in achieving a high standard of cleanliness in keeping our guests’ rooms and public areas looking amazing for our guests.
About the job:
Assist in the day-to-day supervision and motivation of our housekeeping team
Daily allocation of rooms and duties.
Assist with the induction and training of new team members.
Ensure rooms are cleaned to a high standard and in line with Resort productivity.
Ensure the efficient preparation, cleanliness, and presentation of guest rooms.
Exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
About you:
Well organised, with fantastic attentional to detail.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Team orientated with the ability to work under pressure.
Is time efficient and works with speed and efficiency.
Full availability to work a rotating roster.
