Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and keen to obtain a formal qualification. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Chef to learn and grow in a professional, fast-paced environment. As an Apprentice Chef, you will work closely with our experienced culinary team, gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of kitchen operations.
About the role.....
Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
Learn and practice food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols
Participate in menu planning and contribute with your creative ideas
Assist with the daily cleaning and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is maintained properly
Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotations
Support the team during busy service periods, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Continuously develop culinary skills through training and practical experience
