Job Description
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Head Chef you will be responsible for preparing and cooking amazing menu items in a timely manner. Your passion for food will be evident if every dish you prepare and we welcome your creativity and flair. You will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed our guest expectations
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Excellent personal presentation and an eye for detail
Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Proven ability in delivering quality and consistency to the highest of standards
Must be eligible to work in Australia
Relevant Tertiary qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends.
