We’re on the lookout for a spirited, hands-on leader to captain our fun-loving crew—think lifeguards, kids club legends, resort activity hosts, and water sports pros. You’ll be the go-to guru for good times, making sure every guest’s stay is packed with unforgettable moments and sun-soaked smiles.

About the role

• Leading from the front with exceptional guest service and team motivation

• Inspiring your team across water sports, pool vibes, games, and island entertainment

• Creating and managing weekly activity schedules tailored to guest needs, weather, and island events

• Keeping things safe, fun, and totally unforgettable

• Bringing the WOW with fresh ideas for activities

• Driving operational awesomeness and team excellence

About you

1. A natural-born leader with a passion for fun and a flair for guest experiences

2. Experienced in running activities at a high level

3. A master of organisation with top-notch people and time management skills

4. Creative, energetic, and full of ideas that make guests say “best trip ever!”

5. Available to work any day of the week (because island fun doesn’t stop on weekends!)

6. Armed with:

   1. Working With Children Check 

   2. Current First Aid & CPR 

   3. QLD Coxswain qualification (or keen to get it!) 

   4. The right to work in Australia
