Job Description
Greet guests and provide information about available watersports activities
Assist guests in selecting appropiate watersports equipment and gear
Conduct safety briefings and provide instructions to guests before they embark on watersport activities
Monitor and ensure the safety of guests participating in watersport activities including swimming, snorkelings, kayaking and paddleboarding
Offer assistnce and guidance to guests as needed during their watersport adventures
Maintain an inventory of equipment and report any damaged or missing items
Follow safety protocols and respond effectively in emerency situations
Promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the guest expereince
This role is a live off poisition.
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in watersports or a similar role
Genuine passion for water sports
Knowledge of local water conditions and marine life is an advantage
Exceptional customer service and shows initiative
Exceptional time management, whilst ensuring high attention to detail
Proven ability to follow safety work practices
Must holds current qualifications - First Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation & O2 provider
Australian Coxswain grade III (or international equivalent to transfer to AMSA) and previous sailing experience is highly regarded
Must be eligible to work in Australia
