Job Description
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children. Your primary role will involve planning and facilitating activities, supervising children, and ensuring their well-being while they are in the Kids Club.
This is a live off island role commuting to the Daydream Island daily.
Ensure our kids club guests have a safe and memorable experience as our kids club activities attendant you will remain alert at all times and anticipate children's needs.
Have fun by delivering educational, safe and engaging activities to occupy our kids in your care.
Be knowledgeable and able to upsell other resort activities, entertainment and food and beverage outlets and services at every opportunity.
Ensure all equipment is clean and maintained in good working order. Report any defects or damage immediately to the Manager. Remove any equipment from the kids club to prevent injuries occurring.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience working with children, particularly in a childcare environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain children.
Energetic, patient, and creative with a genuine love for working with children.
