Job Description
To be successful as a Finance Officer, you will be skilled in one of the three roles (Income Auditor or Night Audit or Accounts Receivable) and will be curios and keen to learn other areas of the finance operation to create a cohesive and sharing team which will also allow you to grow within the business.
This role is a live off island role.
Managed hotel Accounts Receivable or Income Audit or Night Audit Function
Run Daily credit card reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly audit requirement is fulfilled
Experience in Opera PMS, Micros POS and SUN Systems will be an advantage
Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a strong attention to detail
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience with accounts receivable, income audit and night audit preferably with hotel environment with min 2 years of experience
An understanding of hotel PMS system, Opera will be preferable
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and reporting
Strong organisational skills to ensure the timely completion of tasks within tight deadlines
Team player and positive work attitude with high attention to detail
Learning towards CPA/CA and graduated from University with Accounting major
