Job Description
We are seeking Guest Services Agents. Multiple positions are available. Provide a genuine positive first and last impression welcoming our guests to the island. Deliver a great hospitality experience in person and by phone whilst maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
About the Job :
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
Follow cash and security procedures
Ensure reservations have correct rates
Accurately record and pass on messages
Ensure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates

Proven Front Office/Reception experience and knowledge of Opera/Fidelio is required. Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office applications
