Showcase creativity and flair in dish presentation and specials
Work across different kitchen sections with versatility and precision
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and quality under pressure
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Support smooth service operations in a fast-paced environment
Ensure stock is rotated, stored and managed efficiently
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment
Excellent personal presentation and strong attention to detail
Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Proven track record in delivering quality and consistency to the highest standards
Eligibility to work in Australia
Relevant tertiary qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends.
