Job Description
As the Conference & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our Sales Managers in the coordination and delivery of seamless and memorable events.
This role requires exceptional organisational ability, attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset. You will work closely with clients and resort departmental teams to ensure every event is executed with precision and professionalism.

About your role
Coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences, events and weddings
Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements and expectations
Prepare detailed and accurate banquet event orders
Respond to client enquiries
Work collaboratively with resort operations teams (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, IT etc) to ensure smooth execution of events
Manage last-minute changes and on-site event support
Ensure events run to schedule and exceed guest expectations
About You
Proven experience in event or conference coordination in a similar environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solution-focused, proactive and calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of OPERA Cloud and Delphi is highly desirable
