Daydream Island Resort & Living Reef is located in the heart of Queensland’s Whitsunday Islands and the gateway to the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef. We’re on the lookout for a spirited, hands-on leader to captain our fun-loving crew—think lifeguards, kids club legends, resort activity hosts, and water sports pros. You’ll be the go-to guru for good times, making sure every guest’s stay is packed with unforgettable moments and sun-soaked smiles.
