About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy consistently outstanding experiences across all F&B outlets. You’ll support daily operations, lead by example on the floor, and inspire your team to deliver service excellence.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day food & beverage operations across the venue
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house teams during service
Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and hygiene
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Assist with staff training, rota planning, and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and company policies
Drive sales and help deliver revenue targets through exceptional service
Desired Skills and Experience

Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure
A passion for service and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
