Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive general handyperson to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will help maintain our staff village facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly while creating a safe, comfortable environment for our internal guests.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of general maintenance tasks and respond to maintenance requests within the staff village. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues within your capability, either completing repairs yourself or coordinating with contractors or other members of the maintenance team.
You will take pride in maintaining high standards across the property, responding to requests with professionalism and a strong focus on service.
About the role:
Performing general maintenance and repair tasks across the staff village
Responding to staff maintenance requests promptly and professionaly
Identifying and resolving maintenance issues where possible
Coordinating with contractors or maintenance team members when required
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the staff village
Blowing and clearning corridors and walkways
Power washing common areas when required
Proactively identifying areas for improvement within facilities
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with workplace health and safety requirements.
