About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will be right in the action, leading the floor, keeping the energy high, and making sure evey guest experience is one to remember.
Oversee day-to-day food & beverage operations across multiple venues
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house teams during service
Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, and overall guest experience
Manage guest feedback with discretion, professionlism and genuine care
Support training, rostering and seamless day to day operations
Ensure full compliance with safety, licensing, and company standards
Drive revenue through elevated service delivery and thoughtful guest engagement

About You
Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability with calm, composed decision making under pressure
A genuine passion for elevated guest service with a strong eye for detail
