Job Description
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Activities Attendant to join our fun-loving team! Whether you love water sports, keeping guests safe as a lifeguard, or creating magical moments for kids—this role lets you do it all in one incredible location.
What you will be doing:
Bringing the fun and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
Leading and assisting with a range of activities including water sports, games, and island experiences
Supervising and engaging children in our Kids Club with creativity and care
Monitoring guest safety in aquatic environments as a qualified lifeguard
Setting up, packing down, and maintaining activity equipment
Answering guest questions and sharing your local knowledge of the island

A natural ability to engage with both adults and children
Strong awareness of safety and guest wellbeing
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekend
The must haves:
Current First Aid & CPR
Pool Lifeguard Certificate (SISSS001033) -- essential for lifeguard duties
Current QLD Coxswain 3 qualification - highly regarded
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, childcare or tourism is desireable
