Job Description
We are seeking Porters to join our dynamic team. You will provide a genuine positive first and last impression welcoming our guests to the island.
About the Job:
Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
Ensure professionalism during arrival and departure
Accurately record and pass on messages
Ensure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions
Delivering Bags to guest rooms
Correctly tag bags to correct guests rooms and information
Greeting guests upon arrival
Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
