Daydream Island Resort is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Daydream Island. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be an integral part of the Food & Beverage department, contributing to the exceptional dining experience we provide for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to all guests in the food and beverage outlets.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Main Tasks:

• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant or bar.
• Present menus to guests and provide detailed information when asked about menu items.
• Take accurate orders from guests using a POS system or order pad.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy of orders.
• Clean tables after guests depart and prepare them for new arrivals promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary needs or requests from guests.
