Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Daydream Island. As a Part Time member of the F&B - you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

• Providing high-quality service to all guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Assisting with the setup and clearing of tables, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and delivering them promptly
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Engaging with guests to provide menu recommendations, answer queries, and address any concerns
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary requirements
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management as required
