Accurately record and pass on messages
Ensure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions
Delivering Bags to guest rooms
Correctly tag bags to correct guests rooms and information
Greeting guests upon arrival
Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
