About the role

• Monitor and supervise guests in and around the pools to ensure their safety.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, incidents or potential hazards.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide first aid, CPR and emergency assistance when required.
• Maintain awareness of pool conditions and identify potential safety risks.
• Assist guests with general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Resort team to maintain high standards of safety and presentation.

This role is a live off island position.
